Your responsibility:

• Co-develop and continuously further develop the marketing strategy of the Polizei Basel-Landschaft
• Professionally lead and further develop the Social Media department
• Conceive, plan, and realize image, recruitment, and prevention campaigns
• Create creative content for print and online channels (from texts and image concepts to graphic content)
• Plan, organize, and carry out trade fairs, events, and prevention activities
• Coordinate and maintain cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
• Possibility to act as deputy for the Head of Communications

Your background:

• Several years of professional experience in the areas of marketing and/or communications, as well as further training in the field of marketing
• Sound experience in the planning and implementation of integrated marketing and communication measures
• Professional experience in media relations is an advantage
• Experience in the conception, organization, and implementation of trade fairs and events
• Strong sense for the German language, storytelling, and appealing visual design
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working with quick comprehension as well as initiative
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and willingness to work evenings and weekends
• If interested: Regular assumption of media on-call service (evening/weekend)
