Main mission(s) ### Guarantee the management, internal and external coordination, planning, reporting and monitoring of the implementation of MV projects, substations and networks Coordinate and manage projects in the field of electrical energy transformation networks and substations (MV and LV) Ensure the monitoring of project implementation in compliance with costs and deadlines Establish calls for tender, budgets and schedules for the various projects Configure and test electrical network protections Inform and train colleagues on defined standards Monitor and participate in the improvement of methods and standards Profile ### HES degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent title Additional training in project management 3 years of professional experience in technical management of multidisciplinary projects and/or electrical installations Knowledge of primary and secondary equipment of MV installations, as well as programmable logic controller programming Ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams Mastery of MS Office 365, SAP and professional software tools Good knowledge of German and/or English, an asset Aptitude to work in a network Consensual approach and easy communication Special conditions ### Driver's license (cat.
