Junior HR Business Partner (F/M) - 100%

Job description ##

• Recruitment, analysis and selection of personnel for our headquarters and for our points of sale in Switzerland in collaboration with operational managers
• Management of the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, training, performance management and professional development
• Advising and coaching the line and Store Managers
• Resolution of interpersonal conflicts and implementation of action plans if needed
• Application of HR policies and procedures, while being proactive in proposing evolutions
• Guarantor of compliance with various regulations and laws (LTr, CO, group directives, CCT, etc.)
• Regular travel to boutiques in Switzerland

Profile ##

• You have a CFC as a commercial employee, as well as continuing education in Human Resources
• Initial experience in the field of Human Resources is strongly desired

Required skills ##

• You have a great capacity to listen and to manage stressful situations
• You are diplomatic and solution-oriented

Languages ##

• Your native language is French or German, you perfectly master the other language and have good knowledge of English.
