Your Mission You are responsible for preparing, carrying out and communicating the results of audits in all areas of the bank, thus directly contributing to the strengthening of our governance. You identify, assess and analyze operational, regulatory and strategic risks, and ensure transparency for management. You examine and optimize the internal control system as well as internal banking processes, thus making a measurable contribution to the development of the organization. You work closely with the external audit body and the group's audit, and coordinate audit activities in an efficient and solution-oriented manner. You actively participate in the development of the methodology and processes of internal audit, for example by using data analysis, process automation or new audit approaches. Your Profile You have a bachelor's degree (HES or university) in economics and have completed relevant additional training (e.g. CIA or accountant). You have several years of experience in the banking sector or in internal/external audit and have a solid understanding of internal banking processes, the internal control system and risk management. Ideally, you have experience in the field of data analysis. You distinguish yourself through your analytical skills, precise communication and excellent relational skills. You work independently and in a structured manner, while collaborating with different actors. You are a native German speaker and have a very good command of French.
