Application Operation Manager (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our state client based in Fribourg, we are looking for an ICT Application Operation Manager (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the operation of applications in the tax domain and contributing to the automation of deployments. Your mission Provide level 2 application support and handle incidents related to applications in the tax domain. Guarantee the daily operational monitoring of applications, including supervision, alerts, automated processes, and data flows. Operate personal taxation and collection applications, ensuring their availability and proper functioning. Strengthen the internal team by sharing the operational workload and maintaining operational documentation. Automate deployments and configuration management using CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git. Your profile Demonstrate more than 5 years of experience in application management and operations, with good mastery of ITIL practices. Master Java, Tomcat, SQL Server, Windows Server, and containerization under Kubernetes environments; experience with Control\-M is expected. Possess knowledge in automation, configuration management, CI/CD, and access management or IAM. Speak French fluently and have an English level allowing for the understanding of IT documentation and processes. Reside in the canton of Fribourg or nearby.
