Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) 50-90% | Spitex As a healthcare specialist, you will take on a versatile and responsible task in the outpatient sector with us. You will accompany our clients in their familiar environment and make an important contribution to their quality of life and independence through your work. Your main tasks include: • Care and support of our clients in their home environment • Support with basic and treatment care according to the care plan • Observation and forwarding of relevant changes to the case-leading nursing specialists • Electronic documentation of the services provided • Co-shaping professional, appreciative, and client-oriented care • Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors, as well as internal and external specialists What you bring with you: • Completed training as FaGe EFZ or FaBe EFZ with treatment course • Ideally, you already have experience in Spitex • Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working • Enjoyment of contact with people as well as strong social competence • Flexibility, team spirit, and resilience • Confident use of digital work tools • Driver's license Cat.
