PROFILE * Qualification: You have a commercial or construction technology basic training and at least 4 years of practical experience in real estate management. * Specialist knowledge: You master the proficient handling of tenancy law. * IT skills: You bring advanced PC user skills, with RimoR5 knowledge being an advantage. * Personality: You score with stylish German, communication strength, convincing appearance as well as high independence, motivation, and entrepreneurial thinking. TASKS YOUR MISSION -- REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT * Active management: You take on independent responsibility for the management of an interesting portfolio of rental properties. * Personal support: You ensure the personal and telephone support of tenants and owners and advise property owners on determining rent structures. * Property handovers: You are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties during initial rentals as well as tenant changes. * Condition & maintenance: You ensure real estate maintenance, carry out periodic property inspections, and create corresponding condition reports. * Contract management: You confidently take care of the implementation of lease amendments, rent changes, as well as indexed rent adjustments.
