In our area of marketing communication, we are responsible for positioning the club as a competent and innovative companion in terms of mobility. With our marketing measures, we orient ourselves based on the customer journey in the sales funnel and cover the entire spectrum: from lead generation through acquisition to cross-selling and member retention. In doing so, we place particular emphasis on digital, data-driven solutions.
