Human Resources Director - BKW Building Solutions (all) # Your field of activity • Global responsibility for the strategic and operational HR area of BKW Building Solutions with sites in Ostermundigen and Urdorf as well as a regular presence in Bulle • Development and implementation of a future-oriented HR roadmap, aligned with the requirements of the Business Area and the group's HR strategy • Responsibility for the development of HR priorities in administration, payroll as well as in strategic learning & development, in order to sustainably strengthen the proximity to the approximately 40 affiliated and largely autonomous companies • Strategic advice to the general management as well as active participation in transformations, reorganizations and the development of corporate culture • Management of the HR team and promotion of an HR organization that targetedly reaches and accompanies different professional groups - in particular employees in technical and artisanal functions Your assets • University degree with a specialization in human resources management • Several years of experience in an HR management role with responsibility for strategic HR topics, including their implementation • Practice in the creation or development of modern HR organizations as well as in the design of HR partnerships and customer-oriented HR services • Experience in learning & development as well as a good understanding of the different target groups and decentralized organizational structures • In-depth knowledge of labor law as well as mastery of HR systems and digital tools • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French, as well as the pleasure of providing orientation as a visionary personality and driving changes forward with the business Expect a demanding mission with a large margin of maneuver.
