Project Management Construction & Architecture 80-100%

In this diverse specialist expert function, you plan, calculate, advise, coordinate, and accompany construction projects. Your tasks range from advising as a construction specialist in exhibition projects to the creation of feasibility studies and to the planning and realization of construction projects. You are responsible for the following main tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and realization of construction and architecture projects (schedule, costs, quality)
• Creation of preliminary project clarifications and feasibility studies for various internal contact persons
• Acting as a client representative towards external authorities, partners, and planners
• Ensuring compliance with building law, safety-relevant, and qualitative standards
• Strategic further development of the structural infrastructure in line with company goals, as well as responsibility for the preparation, execution, and accompaniment of architecture and project competitions

You are a personality with decision-making and enforcement competence, with organizational talent and a strategic as well as precise way of working. You also bring the following with you:

• Technical training or a completed degree in the field of architecture or civil engineering, with several years of professional experience in tenders and awards
• Knowledge of relevant permit and planning regulations, laws, regulations, and standards
• High technical and design understanding for details as well as experienced in handling CAD software (Vectorworks 2D/3D)
• Strong awareness of schedules, costs, and quality
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as a confident appearance
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
