Your tasks ##

• Team leadership and motivation: You lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals
• Customer loyalty: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Active acquisition of new customers (showroom, telephone, online inquiries)
• Organizing exhibitions (internal and external)
• Maintenance and presentation of the new car and used vehicle stock
• Participation in brand-specific further training and courses

Your profile ##

• Experience in the automotive trade and vehicle sales
• Empathic and assertive personality with a strong role model function
• Proficient in negotiation in German and French (further languages an advantage)
• Leadership experience an advantage
• Proficient handling of common IT systems (DMS, MS Office)
