In our anesthesiological outpatient clinic, we work closely with all specialist clinics of the USZ. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees work daily for the well-being of our patients. ### Are you passionate about shaping the trend of outpatient medicine? • You are responsible for all administrative and organizational tasks of the anesthesiology outpatient clinic. From the reception of our patients to appointment scheduling, blood sampling, and infusion therapies, we offer a wide range of tasks to utilize your talent to the best possible extent. • As a medical practice assistant or health professional, you have already gained experience in an acute care hospital or in a larger practice. • You are reliable, have a high customer orientation, enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team, and bring initiative. • Fluent German is a requirement, and any additional foreign language is an advantage. • We place great emphasis on a thorough introduction. As further support, a wide range of internal training opportunities is available to you. • We are a small, well-established team that values both independence and teamwork. Our working hours are between Monday and Friday from 07:30 to 17:30.
