What you can achieve ## • You manage and operate our modern packaging and production facilities in cheese packaging and ensure a smooth production process. • During production, you continuously monitor the systems and detect deviations or malfunctions early on. • You analyze minor malfunctions independently and initiate appropriate measures to keep interruptions as short as possible. • You consistently ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards in daily production. • Additionally, you perform cleaning work on the systems and carefully check production orders. What you bring ## • You have completed training as an EFZ plant operator or have experience in a comparable production environment. • Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with production systems characterize you. • A reliable, careful, and quality-conscious approach to work is a matter of course for you. • Good German language skills help you to safely understand processes, documentation, and work instructions. • Working in a 3-shift system is no problem for you.
