Head of External Relations 60\-70% | General Secretariat MAI | from 1 September 2026 or by agreement Your mission in Bienne You develop the external relations of the City of Bienne and support the mayor in defending municipal interests at local, regional and national levels, as well as in the networks in which she participates. To this end, you maintain relations, manage projects, organize meetings and handle political files. You define the strategic priorities regarding external relations and ensure that the City of Bienne has a well-established presence in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland.
