House couple / Experienced caretakers (M/F) at 100%

For one of our clients (private family), we are looking for a couple of trustworthy, experienced, and versatile professionals with similar experience in Switzerland for the complete management of their residence.

Your profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar position in Switzerland (references required).
• Languages: English and/or Portuguese (Italian an asset)
• License: Driver's license (Permit B or C) indispensable.
• Required qualities: Absolute discretion, service spirit, autonomy, reliability, flexibility, versatility, and impeccable presentation.

Your responsibilitiesMadame – Cooking & Housekeeping

• Cooking: Complete and autonomous management of menus for all meals (preparation of high-quality dishes based on seasonal products).
• Shopping: Management of provisions, groceries, and supplies.
• Cleaning: Maintenance of the residence and support for household tasks (ironing, etc.).
• Events: Organization and coordination of events and receptions.

Monsieur – Gardening, DIY & Maintenance

• Gardening: Complete maintenance of green spaces (pruning of trees and shrubs, lawn, watering, maintenance of access paths and outdoor landscaping).
• DIY and technical: Small maintenance tasks (plumbing, electricity, heating, etc.) and calling/following up with external service providers for complex interventions.
• Logistics: General follow-up of maintenance activities and various transports.

Conditions and advantages

• Availability required on weekends if needed.
• Provided company housing (at the end of the 3-month probationary period).
