Your area of responsibility Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC surface and profile grinding machines Manufacturing precision parts according to drawings, work plans, and quality specifications Measuring, testing, and documenting the manufactured parts Carrying out necessary corrections and program adjustments Performing grinding wheel changes and simple maintenance work Supporting adjacent production areas Contributing improvement suggestions within the framework of the continuous improvement process Your profile Completed basic mechanical training, as Polymechaniker/in EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker/in EFZ, or a comparable qualification alternatively several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing Experience in CNC grinding, preferably in surface or profile grinding Confident handling of technical drawings, work and testing plans Good knowledge of measuring and testing technology Willingness to work in 3-shift operation Good German skills in speaking and writing SAP and PC user knowledge is an advantage Independent, precise, and quality-conscious way of working Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality Willingness to learn and openness to new tasks Your perspective ®!
