Your tasks Consulting family caregivers regarding their family situation and the possibility of employment as a family caregiver Conducting the hiring process for family caregivers (initial interview, needs assessment, etc.) Introduction, as well as professional and emotional support for family caregivers Responsibility for the entire care process Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of care measures Consulting and supporting with assistance, relief, and support services Interdisciplinary collaboration with family members and other professionals You bring Degree as a dipl.
