• Prepare and plate à la carte dishes with a focus on Italian cuisine
• Preparation of components (sauces, entremetier, gardemanger)
• Create mise en place for daily business and the changing weekly menu
• Ensure compliance with all kitchen procedures
• Meet our high quality requirements
• Comply with hygiene regulations according to the Food Act (kitchen and storage)

Profile

• No training required – experience counts
• Sound specialist and product knowledge, ideally of Italian cuisine
• Independent, team-oriented and high resilience
• Clean way of working with willingness for flexible working hours
• Good German skills and/or Italian/English skills
