In this versatile role, you are responsible for our trainee and junior programs, supervise interns, are in contact with universities, and work closely with managers as well as HR colleagues. In doing so, you ensure professional support for our talents and assist in the implementation of our talent management processes. What awaits you You are responsible for our Management Trainee Program throughout the entire cycle – from recruitment to deployment planning to the support of participants and involved managers. You manage the internship and diploma student system and coordinate cooperation with universities and other educational partners. You are responsible for our talent programs and ensure their successful implementation. You support managers in the implementation of the talent management process. You organize and coordinate formats such as Company Days, onboarding events, as well as other talent and networking events. You support HR projects in the area of talent management and junior promotion. You work closely with managers, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders. What you bring with you Further education in the field of Human Resources, business administration, or a comparable qualification. Initial to several years of experience in the areas of talent management, personnel development, or Human Resources. Experience in the coordination of projects, programs, or events is an advantage. Strong organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working. Enjoyment of working with different stakeholders. Strong communication skills as well as a confident and professional appearance. Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
