On behalf of one of our clients well-established in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are actively looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Site Manager.

Job Description ##

As a Construction Site Manager, you will be required to:

• Supervise and coordinate teams on construction sites
• Ensure the proper execution of work according to plans and deadlines
• Manage human and material resources on site
• Guarantee the safety, quality, and compliance of the structures
• Be the main interlocutor between the different stakeholders (clients, architects, subcontractors, technical offices)
• Actively participate in the planning and monitoring of projects, both in new construction and renovation

You will play a key role in the success of the projects and will be the guarantor of their smooth progress on the ground

We expect ##

• Training in the field of construction (CFC + additional training or several years of experience as a construction site manager)
• Proven experience in managing construction sites and teams
• Leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to make decisions
• Good mastery of technical plans and construction monitoring tools
• Valid driver's license
• Additional assets: safety training, cherry picker license, mastery of construction management software
