Specialist Payment Transactions (Allrounder) (w/m/d) The LUKB offers a comprehensive range of services in the field of payment transactions, which includes both classic payment processing and innovative solutions. To optimally support our backoffice teams in payment transactions/Scancenter and to cushion peak loads, we are looking for an agile and qualified personality who, as a flexible allrounder, takes on a part of the following tasks with great commitment. The place of work is located in the D4 Business Village in Root. Specialist Payment Transactions (Allrounder) (w/m/d) Your job at a glance What you achieve with us Independent management of payment receipts and payments in Switzerland and abroad (including processing of scanning orders [Autogiro], LSV/SEPA-Direct Debit orders and compliance) Monitoring of order books, processing in SIC/Swift/Cognaio and performing account reconciliations Support in document processing in the scanning area Processing of fraud cases (cards, TWINT, payment refunds) Clarifications and investigations in payment transactions as well as checking of QR invoices Collaboration in card administration and processing of telephone inquiries in the area of payment transactions, cards and TWINT Involvement in testing and optimization of processes and workflows What you bring Banking training and further education, Avaloq &/o Cognaio (Yuuvis/Skilja) knowledge is an advantage Several years of professional experience in the payment transactions environment (i.e. application of Swiss and international payment systems and their message types) and in card administration is an advantage Distinct service and solution-oriented approach in dealing with customers and partners (by phone and in writing), combined with a flair for process and cost efficiency Very good German language skills and good to very good English language skills High degree of flexibility and enjoyment of a varied mix of tasks, from routine work to complex orders Teamwork, reliability and an independent, precise way of working as well as a quick grasp complete your profile Your benefits with us More time for you With us, cantonal and regional holidays are paid.
