What awaits you: Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and HGB Management of the Record-to-Reporting process including general ledger, account reconciliations, accruals and deferrals Participation in management reporting, consolidation, budget and forecast topics Further development and harmonization of existing Finance and SAP processes Participation in international SAP roll-outs as well as the introduction and further development of Fiori, closing and process management solutions Responsibility for VAT, taxes and regulatory reporting in Switzerland and Germany Collaboration with auditing, tax advisors, IT and internal stakeholders Functional and disciplinary leadership of the team What you should bring: Federal diploma in Finance and Accounting or a degree with a focus on Finance / Accounting At least 5–7 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment Very good SAP FI/CO knowledge and experience in financial closing Sound knowledge in at least two of the following areas: financial statements according to HGB and Swiss GAAP FER, SAP Fiori, Signavio and/or Closing Cockpit, VAT and corporate taxes Experience with Record-to-Reporting processes as well as reporting and consolidation Leadership experience and an independent, structured way of working Willingness to travel occasionally for business Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing What we offer you: Responsible key role with leadership responsibility Scope for design in the further development of Finance and SAP processes International corporate environment Flexible working models Attractive employment conditions Individual training and development opportunities Have we convinced you?
