Your tasks

• Independent management of accounts payable accounting
• Checking, coding and posting of accounts payable invoices
• Preparation and execution of payment runs
• Reconciliation of accounts payable accounts as well as clarification of differences
• Processing of reminders as well as inquiries from our suppliers
• Support with tasks in the general ledger
• Collaboration in monthly and annual closing work
• Carrying out reconciliations and evaluations
• Participation in the optimization of processes in the finance area
• Participation in cross-departmental projects

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting
• Sound knowledge in the coding and posting of business transactions
• Experience in general ledger work as well as in monthly and annual closing work
• Very good and routine MS-Excel skills
• Strong flair for numbers as well as a structured, careful and independent way of working
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Enjoyment of an operational specialist function
• Strong team and service orientation
