Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

To support our growing team, we are looking for more fellow travelers like you as a Senior Consultant in full-time to help shape the banking world of tomorrow. Your tasks include: The management of project teams in the role of the (sub-)project manager The planning and responsibility for the project approach, the goals and the budget The reporting of project progress within the framework of customer specifications Technical consulting on-site in customer projects, the optimization of processes in the project environment as well as the leading of workshops and management meetings The management of stakeholders and their expectations up to the first management level Responsibility for the project team, its performance and staffing as well as the role of the first point of contact at the customer for your assignment and that of further fellow travelers You have a completed degree in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, finance, IT or comparable Optionally you have successfully completed banking training, a dual study program in the finance sector or similar You bring at least three years of professional experience in the consulting industry and in project management in the finance industry, preferably with proof of corresponding certificates (including IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe) You are interested in people, are strong in communication, radiate openness and your independent and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you You are ready to travel within Germany in order to be able to advise our customer base on-site for at least three days a week You have business-fluent German language skills A team that really sticks together: mutual support, joint learning and a real “we-feeling” A corporate culture with short and open communication and decision-making paths in which you can and should actively contribute Long-term perspective with outstanding opportunities for personal and professional development Responsibility from day one and scope for the realization of your ideas for the further development of our consulting approaches An above-average compensation depending on your career path and your experience Flexible working hours, the possibility for home office, regular team events and other benefits are a matter of course for us This also includes 30 days of vacation, the possibility for a 9+3 model for the realization of your dreams, as well as full holidays on 24.12. and 31.12.
