Are you the missing female power for our in-house daycare who can temporarily support us?

Lilith is a mother-child institution where women with a mental illness, an addiction, a multiple diagnosis, or a cognitive impairment find a safe place for a new start with their children.
In the in-house daycare, we care for the children of our clients while they attend therapy groups or mother-child sessions or pursue work / daily structure. We have 12 childcare places – depending on occupancy, the size of the child group varies greatly. In addition, we offer a respite night twice a month.

Temporary or on an hourly basis

Requirement Profile

• Completed training as Fachfrau Betreuung Kind EFZ or similar training / experience
• Flexible (holiday cover, sickness absences)
• Respectful and appreciative interaction with large and small people
• Empathy and openness
