For our department, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, strong-leading and highly networked personality as Regional Manager Commercial Real Estate East Region (m/f/d) Zürich (Opfikon), 80 - 100% This is what you will do: • *You bear the overall responsibility for a demanding portfolio of mixed-use sites, shopping centers, retail and commercially used properties in the Zurich, Eastern Switzerland and Ticino area* • *You lead and develop the subordinate Real Estate Area Directors and promote a high-performance, customer-oriented organization* • *Together with owners and your team, you develop strategies for the positioning and further development of the locations and ensure their economic success* • *You maintain sustainable relationships with owners, tenants and other stakeholders and represent Wincasa professionally in the market* • *You lead complex projects such as mandate takeovers, repositionings or revitalizations and ensure their successful implementation* • *You are responsible for budget, forecast as well as relevant key figures and derive optimization measures for your portfolio from them* • *You work cross-functionally with the specialist departments and ensure compliance with our quality standards* • *You recognize market potentials, acquire new mandates and actively drive the further development of our business unit forward* This is why you will succeed: • *You have a university degree or a comparable education with corresponding further training as well as several years of leadership experience in a comparable function* • *You bring sound experience in the real estate, retail, hospitality, marketing environment and understand the requirements of complex commercial real estate* • *You are very well networked in the real estate industry and know the needs of the owner side* • *You convince with your entrepreneurial thinking as well as your pronounced customer and service orientation* • *As an experienced leader, you know how to develop, motivate employees and successfully accompany changes* • *You communicate with stylistic confidence, appear sovereign and possess pronounced negotiation and assertiveness skills* • *Analytical thinking, a flair for numbers and a structured way of working characterize you as much as your high level of initiative* • *You have business-fluent German and English skills.
