Specialist Finance and Accounting 80-100% How you will contribute Management and coordination of financial accounting with a focus on the pension fund Collaboration in settlement accounting, the central subsidiary ledger for insured person and member accounting Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders Participation in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the annual budgeting process as well as the creation of intra-year forecasts for financial management Processing of tasks in the area of family compensation funds, particularly in the areas of bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and reporting Taking over professional substitution in securities accounting Preparation of regular and situational evaluations for controlling as well as support for projects to optimize processes, systems, and workflows Participation in the further development of the IKS as well as in the maintenance of internal instructions, processes, and manuals How you will convince us You possess the federal diploma in finance and accounting and can demonstrate several years of relevant professional experience – preferably in the area of compensation/pension funds. You move confidently in finance and accounting and appreciate the combination of operational responsibility, analytical questions, and cross-departmental cooperation. Numbers are your language: You recognize connections, analyze developments, and derive sound insights and recommendations for action from them. You use Excel as a professional working tool and have very good knowledge in the creation of evaluations, pivot tables, and complex formulas. You work securely with MS-365 applications and use digital tools specifically to support processes and workflows. You communicate with stylistic confidence in German (mother tongue); French and/or Italian skills are an additional plus.
