Job description
Die Kinderkrippen Güxi GmbH operates a total of 14 nurseries as well as eight forest nurseries in the greater Zurich area. Our goal is to provide children and their families with a family-supplementary framework in which the children feel secure and can develop and unfold individually. For our baby group at the Uster location, we are looking for an engaged and experienced group leader (FaBe EFZ), who shapes our nursery daily life with heart, professional competence, and a sense of responsibility, starting immediately or by agreement. Your tasks

Loving and professional care of our infants and toddlers according to our pedagogical concept
Individual and development-oriented promotion of the children, taking their needs into account
Creation of a safe, secure, and stimulating environment in which the children can feel comfortable and unfold
Co-responsibility for the planning and organization of a varied and age-appropriate group daily life
Creative room design as well as provision of suitable play and development offers
Open, trusting, and professional cooperation with the parents
Instruction and accompaniment of the team members in everyday pedagogical life
Support and accompaniment of our learners as well as interns in their development
What distinguishes you

Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung Kinder EFZ, Kleinkindererzieherin or an equivalently recognized pedagogical qualification
Professional experience in childcare, ideally in the baby area
High professional competence in dealing with infants and toddlers
Joy in taking on responsibility and leading and supporting a team
An empathetic, resilient, and solution-oriented personality
Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
Team spirit, commitment, and enthusiasm for a lively nursery daily life
