Real estate management meets protective structures! We are looking for an engaged specialist, starting immediately or by agreement, who wants to combine real estate management with exciting project work surrounding civil protection facilities.

Tasks ##

• You look after tenants, external tradespeople and are their central contact person
• You organize viewings, re-lettings and new lettings as well as acceptances and handovers
• You check existing documentation, migrate it into the new management system and create reports
• You take the lead in various projects surrounding the topic of protective structures and actively drive them forward
• You develop sound property strategies for our portfolio of around 170 facilities
• You develop standards and control instruments, optimize business processes and support strategic leadership

Profile ##

• Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in the real estate sector, e.g., real estate manager with federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management and letting as well as interest in or connection to civil protection buildings or facilities
• Resilient, decisive and situational and fact-based in approach
• Strong service and customer orientation, negotiation skills and confident communication in German
• Business thinking and understanding of economic relationships
• Good M365 user knowledge and enjoyment of using new technologies
