We are looking for an experienced In this position, you will work actively in the HR team, which is responsible for all Human Resources (HR) processes at Innosuisse. Your tasks: Together with your colleague, you are responsible for the entire payroll administration and payroll processing of Innosuisse. You record and maintain personnel data in the personnel information system Abacus HR and generally support the application managers in the maintenance and development of the system. You ensure efficient personnel administration and support the team in personnel care. You participate in internal projects and perform various special tasks on behalf of the department management. For this responsible activity, we are looking for an HR specialist with a specialization in the areas of payroll, social insurance, and withholding tax. You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable position and have sound knowledge in the area of social insurance and HR administration. You have a high IT affinity with proficient knowledge in Abacus as well as the MS Office suite (especially Excel). Experience in the areas of needs analysis, testing (quality assurance), as well as project work are also important. You are characterized by a high level of service and customer orientation, think and act in a goal-oriented manner, and are resilient. Team spirit, a positive attitude towards change, target-group-oriented and appreciative communication are further attributes that distinguish you. Good knowledge of two national languages and English round off your profile.
