The company has more than 200 employees and accumulates 80 years of experience in French-speaking Switzerland and the canton of Berne. Technical Project Manager M/F

Your responsibilities and missions:

• You lead a complete team of specialists to establish the most relevant and attractive offer.
• You facilitate exchanges with external partners (mandataries, suppliers, service providers).
• You are the link between the technical management and the sales team.
• You participate fully in the search for technical and economic optimizations.
• You are the guarantor of the study's compliance, by controlling respect for the standards and requirements of the specifications, in collaboration with the team of specialists.
• You present your team's work to the company management, detailing the hypotheses, ideas and elements for controlling estimates.
• With your Technical Management team and in connection with the sales team, you draft the entire technical and financial part of the final offer submitted.
• You participate fully in the oral presentations of your offer by ensuring the presentation of technical aspects and answering questions on these subjects.
• You ensure follow-up until a potential award, participate in the drafting of the contract and transfer the file to the Works team
