For our client, whose headquarters are located in Bern, we are looking for a Call Center Agent (m/f) starting now. This is a permanent position directly with our client. The support, placement, and all our other services are free of charge for you as a candidate.

Your activity ###

• Inbound/outbound
• Telesales (if necessary)
• Customer follow-up and advice
• Active management of the customer database and other administrative tasks
• Your profile ###
• Spoken language: Swiss German and another language (EN or FR)
• Experience in telephone customer service would be a plus
• Kind, calm, and patient nature
• Good computer skills
