We are looking for a Marketing- & Communications Manager (50–60%) Do you want to implement marketing not just, but be the driving force behind it? At Rüedu you are not part of a marketing team – you take responsibility for our marketing. Together with the management, you develop our marketing and communications strategy further and ensure that effective measures are taken. Your goal is clear: you win new customers, strengthen our brand and contribute to Rüedu growing sustainably. You think strategically, act entrepreneurially and implement ideas just as gladly as you develop them. From the first concept to success control, marketing is in your hands. Your area of responsibility You develop our marketing and communications strategy continuously with the management and derive effective measures from it. You take responsibility for planning, implementing and further developing all marketing activities. You develop campaigns and content with a clear focus on customer acquisition, customer retention and brand strengthening. You analyze the impact of your measures, derive optimizations and ensure that our marketing achieves measurable results. You are responsible for our internal and external communication and support the management in corporate communications as well as in media inquiries. You develop our content strategy further and tell stories that move people – with convincing texts, images and videos. You maintain our website, social media channels and newsletter and ensure that our messages appear at the right time in the right place. You develop our corporate design and brand appearance consistently and ensure a consistent appearance across all channels. You get involved yourself, implement projects independently and recognize opportunities before others see them. You support our team in first-level support for customer inquiries by phone and email and thus remain close to our customers. What you bring You have a higher education in marketing or communications and several years of professional experience in a responsible marketing function. You have experience in developing, implementing and continuously further developing marketing strategies. You understand marketing as a growth driver and know how to inspire people for a brand. You combine strategic thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality. For you, concept and implementation are inseparable. You know the relevant communication channels and use them in a targeted and effective manner. You write securely, design appealing content and produce convincing content. You work in a structured, independent and responsible manner for your projects and their success. Numbers don't scare you off – you measure the success of your activities and derive concrete improvements from them. Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview and find pragmatic solutions. In contact with customers, you convince through friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness. Your German is stylish and you understand the «Rüedu» dialect.
