To strengthen our team and support the development of our production activities, we are looking for a: Industrialization Technician 100% Your responsibilities * Participate in the design and realization of tooling. * Create 3D models and technical drawings. * Write and update operating sequences and work instructions. * Assemble and fine-tune tooling. * Carry out continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing quality, productivity, and costs. * Participate in writing qualification protocols and perform tests in collaboration with engineers. * Participate in the processing of modification requests. * Contribute to the development and reliability of production equipment. * Intervene in case of failure, in collaboration with the Maintenance team. * Train employees on new methods and new equipment, and ensure technical support to Production. * Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of yield, working time, and costs. * Assist industrialization engineers in the implementation of technical solutions on the ground. Your profile * CFC or ES technician diploma in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent training. * First successful experience in an industrial environment. * Experience in the design and implementation of manual, semi-automatic, and/or automatic assembly processes, ideally in medium series. * Good knowledge of mechanics and micromachining. * Basic notions in electricity. * Mastery of a 3D CAD software, ideally Solidworks, as well as MS Office tools. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is an asset. * You are pragmatic, rigorous, conscientious, and enjoy teamwork and collaboration with different departments.
