Finance, Accounting and Quality Specialist

Your main missions: • Preparation of annual budgets and accounting for various measures and associations • Regular budgetary follow-up in collaboration with managers and directors • Analysis of budgetary discrepancies and control of the consistency of accounting and analytical entries • Support and collaboration with the accounting team and transmission of necessary information for accounting processing • Participation in financial closings and audits • Preparation and follow-up of investment requests • Monitoring of financial elements with clients and response to their requests, controls and requirements • Monitoring of financial and regulatory requirements of clients • Participation in the monitoring and improvement of the ISO 9001 quality system, coordination of audits and ensuring compliance with internal practices and processes Your profile • Higher education in business economics, finance and accounting or equivalent education • Confirmed experience in financial management, management control or analytical accounting, minimum 3 years • Interest in Quality systems and continuous improvement • Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard, an asset • Ability to analyze, structure and synthesize financial data • Ability to manage priorities and face unforeseen events with reactivity • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with different stakeholders • Sense of organization, rigor and reliability • Pragmatic personality, solution-oriented and appreciating dynamic environments • Excellent skills in Excel; an Excel Expert certification is an asset Why join us? • A meaningful mission where every day, you make a difference • A passionate team and a stimulating work environment • A framework of autonomy and creativity to develop your ideas Ready to take on the challenge?
