For our locations Schlieren ZH, Lupfig AG and Dagmersellen LU, we are looking, to strengthen our team, from now or by arrangement, for a sociable, motivated and articulate personality as IT/OT Service Engineer 100% (for the locations: Schlieren ZH, Lupfig AG and Dagmersellen LU) What you can achieve Responsible for operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT/OT systems in physical and virtual environments Administration and maintenance of IT/OT applications Implementation of patching and lifecycle management considering relevant framework conditions Planning and implementation of backup, restore and recovery scenarios for critical IT/OT systems Analysis and efficient resolution of incidents and malfunctions Coordination and cooperation with stakeholders during test, validation and commissioning phases Ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support including escalation management. Implementation and operation of IT/OT security measures Support with vulnerability analyses, audits and security assessments Ensuring effective access controls, asset inventory and professional documentation Participation in modernization, security and digitalization projects in the OT environment.
