In order to strengthen its technical team, we are looking for a: After-Sales Service Technician (M/F) Your mission: You ensure the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of special machines at client sites. As a true technical ambassador for the company, you also support clients during commissioning and the ramp-up of equipment. Your responsibilities: • Perform preventive and curative maintenance on machines • Diagnose and resolve breakdowns on-site or remotely • Participate in commissioning and support clients during equipment startup • Perform mechanical adjustments and replacement of wear parts • Support assembly and automation teams during assembly and testing phases • Write intervention reports and guarantee high-quality customer service Your profile: • ES Technician in industrial systems or CFC in Automation, Polymechanic or equivalent training • Experience in special machines and/or industrial after-sales service • Good knowledge of industrial automation, mechanics, and machining machines • Mastery of Beckhoff programming (TwinCAT) • Knowledge of robotics, ideally Stäubli • Ability to diagnose breakdowns and propose efficient solutions • Knowledge of the watchmaking environment, an asset • Autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented personality • Category B driving license What awaits you: • A varied position combining technical, field, and customer relationship aspects • Innovative technologies and stimulating projects • Great autonomy in the organization of your activity • A dynamic working environment within a rapidly evolving group • Possibilities for professional development • Want to contribute to the industrial excellence of an innovative group?
