Electrical Project Manager Your responsibilities - Renovation Department ### • Take charge of the complete management of electrical projects within the framework of renovation work. • Perform technical surveys on site, analyze client needs, and develop suitable solutions. • Prepare offers, quotes, and financial estimates for projects. • Plan and coordinate the interventions of technical teams as well as the necessary means for the proper execution of the work. • Ensure the operational, administrative, and financial follow-up of business affairs until final invoicing. • Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. • Participate in site meetings and ensure the interface between clients, internal teams, and external partners. • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the smooth progress of work on several sites simultaneously. Profile sought ### • CFC as an electrical installer, project manager in electricity, or a title deemed equivalent. • Proven experience in managing electrical renovation projects in Switzerland. • Federal certificate or federal mastery: an asset. • Excellent technical knowledge in the fields of renovation, transformation, and maintenance of electrical installations. • Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills. • Developed commercial sense and excellent customer relations. • Spirit of initiative, autonomy, and result orientation. • Proficiency in common IT tools, AutoCAD and ElektroForm software, as well as costing tools. • Driver's license indispensable.
