Specialist Corporate Actions - Mission 6 months at 100% Description of the offer On behalf of our client, a leading international private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist available immediately for a temporary mission of 6 months at 100%, in order to ensure the replacement of a collaborator on sick leave. Within a specialized team of six people integrated into a larger department of seventeen collaborators, you will play a key role in the processing and monitoring of securities transactions related to assets in custody (shares, bonds, structured products, etc.). You will evolve in a demanding and dynamic environment, requiring rigor, autonomy and ability to manage important volumes of activity. Main missions Analyze and process mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions events received via SWIFT, Telekurs or any other medium Ensure operational monitoring of securities transactions for all asset classes (shares, bonds, structured products, etc.) Prepare and transmit Corporate Actions notifications to customer relationship management teams Process instructions related to voluntary events and transmit them to the relevant custodians Perform accounting related to Corporate Actions operations Ensure monitoring of files and resolve issues related to securities transactions with internal and external interlocutors Carry out securities and cash reconciliations as part of various Corporate Actions events Participate in various administrative tasks related to the department's activity We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria: Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in the field of Corporate Actions Excellent knowledge of securities transactions and their operational processing Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel Good knowledge of the T24 Globus banking system, a significant asset Current mastery of French and English, both spoken and written Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage periods of high activity Rigorous, conscientious and quality-oriented person Ability to work autonomously while promoting team spirit Sense of organization, reactivity and excellent file monitoring jpid9dee999jm jpit0625jm jpiy26jm
