Your tasks: • Active cooperation in the specialist area of meat, fish and / or cheese • Management, goods disposition and presentation • Ensuring sales readiness • Customer service and consultation • Quality and data control • Active and expert advice to our customers at the meat, fish and cheese counter. • Sale and presentation of products according to company standards. • Ensuring an attractive product presentation as well as compliance with hygiene regulations. • Co-responsibility for ordering processes and warehousing. • Support with sales promotion activities and assortment design. Your profile: • Completed vocational training (EBA or EFZ) in sales (retail) or as a butcher • Completed vocational training as a cook but only with experience behind the counter • 1-3 years of professional experience in the area of meat / butcher / fish / cheese • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Independent, efficient and precise way of working • Customer-oriented and friendly appearance • Enthusiasm for high-quality food and enjoyment of direct customer contact. • Experience in the sale of meat, fish and cheese desirable. • Friendly and communicative personality with high customer orientation. • Reliability, flexibility and willingness to take on responsibility.
