Lab Technician (m/f/d) - Advanced Synthesis (80-100%)

In this varied role, you will support the process engineering development of production processes by performing and evaluating analytical investigations. As an important interface between analytical and process engineering development, you will contribute to evaluating experiments efficiently and driving the successful implementation of projects as well as the development of innovative pharmaceutical active ingredients. You support the introduction and establishment of new analytical methods. You plan and conduct experiments in the standard and containment laboratory. You coordinate and monitor work packages in close cooperation with process and analytical development. You document analysis and laboratory results, evaluate data, and create analytical reports. You take responsibility for the laboratory equipment in your work area, including care, maintenance, and order. You act as the central contact person for analytical topics within process development. What you bring: Completed training as a chemistry or biology laboratory technician or a comparable scientific education with initial relevant professional experience. Practical experience with HPLC or UPLC analyses is a prerequisite. Knowledge of other analytical techniques such as LC-MS, GC, or NMR is an advantage. Independent, careful, and reliable way of working. High quality awareness as well as a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
