Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41050 Published on 03/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job Description ### In this position, you will ensure the coordination of electronic and mechanical purchasing activities in an industrial environment. In connection with internal teams, you will contribute to the deployment of the purchasing strategy, monitoring of suppliers, and optimization of costs, deadlines, and performance, while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: • Define and deploy the electronic and mechanical purchasing strategy according to the company's objectives • Ensure supplier management: research, approval, objectives, performance evaluation, and dispute monitoring • Optimize the supplier panel, negotiate purchasing conditions, and participate in contract establishment • Conduct permanent market monitoring to anticipate product developments, supply, and demand • Manage calls for tenders and contribute to improving series product prices • Provide operational support to purchasers and technical expertise in client projects Profile ### • Higher technical education, type HES / ES / CFC in electronics (or deemed similar) • Confirmed experience in electronic and/or mechanical purchasing in an industrial environment • Good technical knowledge to understand purchased products and negotiate with credibility • Rigor, analytical spirit, leadership, autonomy, and ability to structure priorities effectively • Customer-oriented, cost-conscious, and deadline-conscious, with excellent communication and team spirit • Knowledge of an ERP, SAP = an asset • Ideally French or German = mother tongue, with good knowledge of the other language; English = good mastery Benefits: • An attractive and varied position within a human-sized industrial company looking to the future • An environment that values team spirit, individual responsibility, and employee development Purchaser - Electronics (M/F) / Fixed
