We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of competence. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized and expanded with 86 new senior apartments. For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a technically competent, reliable, and committed person as Nutrition Counseling (w/m/d), 30% This is how you will support us: You will support our nutrition counseling and take over the deputy role in their absence You will ensure a professionally sound nutrition counseling for our residents You will develop documents, instructions, and guidelines within the scope of nutrition counseling You will participate in interdisciplinary case discussions with a focus on nutrition You will support the implementation of the diet plan in cooperation with the kitchen management and the diet kitchen You will advise the logopedics on food and nutrition issues in swallowing examinations You will actively contribute to the prevention and treatment of malnutrition You will accompany residents with underweight or overweight You will clarify questions about allergies, intolerances, and nutrition-related complaints This is how you can convince us: You have completed training as a nutrition counselor FH (BSc) or have an equivalent degree You have good user knowledge in Microsoft Office You have already gained experience in project collaboration and process development You have a self-contained, structured, and networked way of working You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration This is how we will inspire you: The opportunity to actively shape the nutritional quality for older people Close interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing, hospitality, therapies, medical service, and kitchen at eye level Design freedom in implementations with the diet kitchen, menu planning, and projects around nutrition in old age A challenging and independent field of activity A considerate "you" culture characterized by respect and appreciation An internal, diverse training program And that's not all!
