These positions, at the heart of a railway industrial environment, are intended for professionals with professional training and proven experience in industrial painting on metal structures. You will primarily work on components and equipment related to the railway sector, in strict compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. You will work in coordination with other maintenance and production specialists to ensure reliable and punctual deliveries. Responsibilities Carry out meticulous sanding of surfaces before paint application, respecting the prescribed methods to guarantee good adhesion and a uniform finish. Ensure complete and rigorous preparation of the paint, in charge of good preparation of the paint, by controlling mixtures, viscosity, and resting time according to the technical instructions received. Apply industrial paint according to internal procedures, ensuring the quality of the paint gloss and compliance with the required layer thicknesses. Visually and dimensionally inspect painted parts, identify any defects, and perform necessary touch-ups in accordance with defined quality criteria. Maintain equipment, paint booths, and sanding tools, applying safety and cleanliness rules to ensure a stable work environment compliant with requirements. Profile Completed basic professional training in a technical or manual trade. Industrial painting training mandatory with recent practice in a similar environment. Conscientious, organized person attentive to technical and visual details. Rigorous approach to occupational safety and product handling.
