PROJECT MANAGER FIRE PROTECTION (w/m/d)

immediately or by arrangement

What you can achieve

In the fire protection department, we assess existing buildings, accompany renovation and new construction projects within the framework of a QA mandate for fire protection, help with tenders, and advise and support clients, architects, and planners in the field of fire protection.

• You develop holistic fire protection concepts for new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects for various types of buildings and facilities
• You advise clients and planning teams on issues related to fire protection
• As specialized construction management for fire protection within construction projects, you ensure planning, implementation, and commissioning
• You create fire protection documentation, provide information for fire protection plans, and check them
• You perform integral tests and take on the function as the QA manager for fire protection across all project phases
• Further activities are possible in various areas

Your competencies are

• basic training as an engineer, architect, or technician HF or comparable and additional training in the field of fire protection (VKF fire protection expert / VKF fire protection specialist)
• You have several years of practical experience in fire protection planning and in the function as QA manager for fire protection
• the proficient command of the German language in spoken and written form is a matter of course for you
• You possess a driving license Cat. B
• You are motivated to constantly expand your professional expertise and feel comfortable in customer support
