Customer Advisor Retail Field Service Eastern Switzerland and Graubünden

After many successful years at Emmi, our long-standing customer advisor is entering a well-deserved retirement. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated personality who looks after our customers in Eastern Switzerland and Graubünden with passion, sales skill, and a high level of customer orientation. In this varied field service role, you are the face of Emmi on-site and ensure that our brands are optimally presented at around 700 retail outlets. With your commitment, you make an important contribution to ensuring our products find their way to our consumers every day. What you can achieve • You independently look after and advise the retail outlets and smaller accounts assigned to you in Eastern Switzerland and Graubünden and maintain long-term customer relationships. • You ensure a strong presence of our brands at the Point of Sale and professionally implement sales activities, assortment specifications, and novelties. • You arrange and realize secondary placements, displays, and other POS activities to make our brands visible. • You actively support retail outlets with promotions, actions, and sales-promoting measures. • You plan your sales territory efficiently, use potentials in a targeted manner, and ensure sustainable customer development. • You observe market and competitor developments and contribute valuable impulses for the further development of our business. What you bring with you • You have sound experience in retail and know the processes and challenges at the Point of Sale. • With your winning personality, your confident appearance, and your sales skill, you inspire customers and build long-term partnerships. • Experience in field service ideally complements your profile and helps you to be successful quickly in our sales territory. • You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented and organize your sales territory efficiently. • You use digital tools confidently and understand a cleanly maintained CRM as an important basis for your sales success. • Experience in the FMCG environment is an advantage. However, more important to us is that you understand retail and bring joy to direct customer contact. • You live in the region, ideally know it well, and enjoy traveling in your sales territory.
