The Centre hospitalier de Rennaz has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by 2 Cliniques de Gériatrie et Réadaptation (CGR), as well as 2 medical clinics. The Cliniques de Gériatrie et Réadaptation welcome patients in acute geriatric care, Early Geriatric Rehabilitation (RGA), and geriatric rehabilitation (Lit B). For the CGR, site of the Providence at Vevey, the medical department is offering the position of:   Head of Clinic or Deputy Head of Clinic 80%-100%     ### The main missions of this position are ### • Ensure patient care, in collaboration with the head physicians, according to institutional standards • Supervise and train assistant physicians with the help of cadre physicians • Participate in the on-call duty roster • Participate in projects and the development of the geriatric service • Thrive in their profession We require ### • A federal diploma of physician or a diploma issued by an EU member state and recognized by the Federal Office of Public Health (MEBEKO) or recognition of postgraduate training establishments IFSM in Switzerland • The FMH title of general internal medicine (or in the process of obtaining it) • Experience in Geriatrics, or an interest in Geriatrics • An open, motivated, and dynamic personality, eager to learn and integrate into the already established team and collaborate with the cadre physicians of the partner services We offer ### • An interdisciplinary, global, structured, systematic, and standardized care, based on scientific evidence • Solid supervision by medical, nursing, and therapy cadres • Important formal postgraduate training (5 hours per week) • A dynamic, motivated, and structured team • Access to consultants from partner specialties • The possibility of performing ultrasonography (POCUS)   L'HRC offers beautiful job opportunities and professional development in all its fields of activity: medical, nursing, medical-technical, hotel, administrative, technical, and logistical.
