Lawyer (ca. 80%) Arbeitgeber Zürich, with its approximately 2'200 member companies, is one of the largest regional and cross-industry employers' associations in Switzerland. We are the strong voice and the reliable partner of employers in the Zurich economic area. In addition to maintaining the two collective labor agreements and providing competent advice and support in employer-relevant matters, we represent the interests of employers towards administration and politics with commitment and foresight. To strengthen our core area, we are looking for, as of 1. October 2026 or by arrangement, to support our legal department, a/an Lawyer (ca. 80%) with excellent knowledge in labor law and an affinity for social security law. Your tasks: Participation in internal and external bodies, commissions and working groups, including for interest representation and the further development of our service portfolio Personal advice to our member companies on labor and social security law issues Work surrounding our two collective labor agreements Drafting statements in consultation procedures during legislative revisions Preparation of findings from legal advice for knowledge management, fact sheets and continuing education offers Participation in the technical quality assurance and further development of our AI-supported legal advice (Chat-Bot) for members Our expectations: Proven knowledge in labor and social security law with corresponding education and further training in the university sector Identification with employer-policy issues from a liberal economic perspective Several years of work experience, ideally in association work and/or in dealing with companies or institutions (B2B).
