Your tasks Leading a versatile team of 14 employees of the Component Control Center with influence on the division result Responsibility for the processes of the Component Control Center including customer service, sales, work preparation and technical administration according to EASA Part 145 Coordination and capacity planning of the various workshop orders for engines, landing gear, wheels, brakes, hydraulics, propellers, ejection seats, instruments and avionics etc. Answering commercial inquiries, creating calculation bases, offers & candidatures for tenders Turntable function between workshops, customer as well as the customer services for repairs in the civilian and military environment (BAV & GOV) How you convince us Completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field with further education at HF level or similar Several years of leadership experience in a similar environment Experience in aviation and Maintenance MRO is an advantage Very good German and English skills in spoken and written (min.
