The Au Premier Bar impresses with creative cuisine, exquisite drinks, and a unique view over Bahnhofstrasse Event Technician / Allrounder on an hourly basis approx. 60% (m/f) Be a Candrian - Your tasks: • Preparation, setup, and control of seminar, event, and catering rooms according to customer requirements. • Assembly and disassembly of seating, furniture, technology, signage, and event equipment. • Ensuring the functionality and readiness for use of seminar and event technology, as well as supporting guests with technical questions. • Friendly, professional support of our guests, seminar participants, and organizers with a focus on highest customer satisfaction. • Independent coordination of smaller events and ensuring a smooth event process. • Supporting the catering management during large events as well as leading the catering team during small and medium-sized catering events. • Active cooperation in service, at the buffet, as well as in other operational activities in the event and catering area. Be a Candrian - Your profile: • Experience in the field of event technology, events, hotel industry, gastronomy, or a comparable function. • Technical understanding and enjoyment of handling seminar and event technology. • Strong hospitality mentality as well as a friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance. • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. • Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations. • High reliability, resilience, as well as a sense of responsibility. • Flexibility regarding working hours, especially for events in the evening or on weekends.
